The IASSIST/CSS conference meetings will be held in Harkness Hall on the Yale University Campus. The three hotels listed below are located within a few city blocks of the conference building. When making reservations, please mention that you are with the IASSIST/CSS Conference to receive the special rates.

PLEASE NOTE: Accomodations in New Haven will not be available after 3 PM Friday, May 22nd. All hotel rooms have been previously reserved for those attending the Yale graduation ceremonies May 23-25. We regret any inconvenience this imposes.

Getting to New Haven

• New Haven Tweed Airport:

• Hartford CT: Bradley International Airport
  One hour driving time to Yale. This is the closest major airport.
  • Van and bus service to New Haven are available from CT Limo (800) 472-5466. $21 one way, $38 RT; leaves once an hour on the half hour (drop off Connecticut Shuttle terminal in New Haven, taxi to hotel 10 minutes)

• JFK and LaGuardia Airports (New York)
  Generally about two hours driving time to Yale. Van and bus service to New Haven (stops along the way):

  If you travel with or know of others arriving around the same time, you might want to reserve a large car or limousine to take you from the New York or Hartford airports to New Haven. Three people in a large car is about $120 (plus gratuity), three in a limo is about $145 (plus gratuity) from JFK. Call at least a few days in advance, and a driver will meet you at the baggage claim:
